![]() You can actually leverage invention sets for a lot more recharge, believe it or not. Don't get me wrong, Hasten is always a beneficial thing to have running on every character it's just whether or not you'd rather your set bonuses and enhancement slots be spent on other things. Otherwise, it is less important than most munchkins make it out to be, especially if you're able to slot the Force Feedback proc in spammable abilities. Hasten is important if you're relying on small attack chains of 2-3 abilities or if perma'ing something like Light Form. My Bio/TW Tanker, for example, could gain some DPS and a bit of safety regen by taking it, but instead I chose to do many x3 sets to get really high passive F/C/E/N resistance (65% against a lone AV) so that I'm at a breakpoint for inspiration usage or common buffs from teammates. Hasten is a nice thing to have if you can make the allotment for it, but not every build needs to use it. Most people either go all-in on making it permanent or they ignore the ability entirely. A lot of builds do, but some builds don't.
